Nothing much happens here. Sometimes I update, sometimes I don't! The only way to find out is to come and visit.
This journal started in July 2004, as a way for me to clear my head. I had recently finished 2 years of treatment for bowel cancer, and was slowly getting my life back on track. I've now come to the conclusion that I will always be trying to get my life back on track, and that I'll just have to live with it! But life is good, life is fun and life continues. I hope you will find that reflected in this journal.

All is happy, all is fine. Brownie camp was great. Being home is better!
Off to France on Tuesday. got a couple of buds on my passion flower - must have heard me threaten to dig it up if it didn't flower this year!
Got to go to hospital this afternoon. Nothing major - routine check-up, upper abdomen ultra-sound. Only buggery thing is that I'm not allowed to eat or drink till after my 2.40pm appointment which means I'm (obviously) desperate for a cup of tea! It also means that I'm sure to have really bad wind and the runs tonight. My shortened bowel doesn't like to go without it's regular meals... bit like me really!

Welcome home - my I miss taking the brownies away - i seem to recall removing the batteries from all of their torches after they insisted on making disco lights on the ceiling with them at about 1am!!!!!
